At MGR Luxe, we want you to love every piece you purchase. If for any reason your order isn’t what you expected, we’re here to help.
Returns & Exchanges
- We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in their original condition with tags attached.
- Due to hygiene reasons, jewelry, sunglasses, and accessories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Sale items or promotional items are also final sale.
Processed Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is deemed defective or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at mgr.luxe@gmail.com with your order number and photos so we can make it right.
